Infinite Vitality HCG Diet Protocol (Phase’s 1-4)
Welcome to Infinite Vitality and HCG for weight loss. This diet guide explains Phase 1 (the pre-diet), Phase 2 (40 days of injections) and Phase 3 (weight maintenance). You will also learn how to prepare your meals and maintain your caloric intake of 500-800 calories daily.

Phase 1 (Pre-diet)

    • Drink bottled or filtered water.
    • Walk at least 30 minutes to one hour per day.
    • Eat grapefruit. Grapefruit has been scientifically proven to release fat.
    • Apple Cider Vinegar can be used on your salad and marinated on your daily proteins (organic beef, breast of chicken and white fish). This stimulates metabolism and cleansing of the internal organs. It is also powerful in helping to release stored fat cells.
    • Extra Virgin Raw Coconut Oil can be used for cooking. This stimulates metabolism, improves digestion, and helps to release fat.
    • Use Natural Sweeteners. Stevia is the preferred sweetener. Avoid artificial sweeteners.
    • Eating breakfast helps to increase your metabolism, burn fat, decrease appetite, and increase your morning blood sugar for energy throughout the day.
    • Eat 6 small meals per day. This helps to increase your metabolism and release abnormal fat reserves.
    • Eat salad with lunch and dinner. Eating a salad made with fresh vegetables helps to stimulate digestion and adds fiber which helps to regulate blood sugar.
    • Try to eat organically grown fruits and vegetables. Organic food does not contain preservatives, chemicals, flavor enhancers, herbicides, pesticides, growth hormones and antibiotics, all which can make you ill or cause potential weight gain.
    • Add Fiber. Fiber will help relieve constipation, reduce appetite, improve digestion and cleanse the body of toxins.
    • Drink chamomile and green tea.
    • Eliminate carbonated beverages. They block calcium absorption, cause nutritional deficiencies and slow down digestion.
    • Avoid high fructose corn syrup. This is a man made highly processed sugar that has been designed to overtax the hypothalamus and increase insulin levels which can lead to obesity.
    • No MSG (Monosodium Glutamate).
    • No Fast Food.
    • Use a Total Body Colon Cleanse and Candida Colon Cleanse prior to starting the injections in Phase2.
    • Drugs. Use ALL medications prescribed to you by your doctor.
    • Take a potent vitamin and mineral supplement through all phases of this diet.

     

    DAY 1 and 2

    • Take the HCG injection in the morning.
    • Eat as often as you like throughout the day. This will increase your body’s fat stores to prepare you for the 500-800 calorie per day limit on days 3-42. You may eat starches on day 1 and 2. However, whole grain bread, pasta and sweet potatoes are recommended.
    • Drink ½ to 1 gallon of bottled or filtered water throughout the day.

                                                           
    Day 3-40


               Weigh yourself when you wake up without clothing and after you have emptied your bladder.

    • Take the HCG injection first thing in the morning.
    • Drink ½ to a gallon of bottled or filtered water throughout the day.
    • You must eat everything as described in Phase 2. Do not skip meals. Your total caloric intake will be 500-800 calories per day, which consists of protein, vegetables and fruit.

    Day 41-42

    • Continue to follow the Phase 2 diet on days 41-42 because the HCG is still in your body.

    DRINK
    Bottled or filtered water (no tap water)
    Black coffee (no creamer)
    Chamomile and Green tea

    BREAKFAST
    Drink plenty of tea and bottled or filtered water. You may have fruit for breakfast and egg whites (2). You may have up to 3 fruits per day.

    LUNCH and DINNER
    Chose 1 of the following proteins for lunch and dinner
    Eat approximately 4-5 oz. of protein (about the size of the palm of your hand)
    Use an organic cooking spray (do not use butter or margarine)

    • Red meat- Filet mignon, top sirloin, organic grass fed beef, buffalo, veal (about 180 calories)
    • Chicken- Organic preferred, breast of chicken (skinless), white meat only (about 223 calories)
    • White fish- Tilapia, cod, halibut, chilean sea bass, sole, flounder, grouper, canned white tuna (low sodium)-about 100 calories.

    Chose 1 serving of green vegetables for lunch and dinner
    Eat 1.5 cups of vegetables. These can be eaten raw, steamed, grilled (without oil).
    Spinach                         41 calories
    Asparagus                43 calories
    Green beans                             44 calories
    Cabbage                       32 calories
    Broccoli                           43 calories
    Brussel sprouts         60 calories

      You may eat a salad with your meal. Use organic lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and celery with Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Raw Unfiltered Dressing that contains NO Fat.

    FRUIT organic preferred
    Eat one of the following fruits with each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
    1 grapefruit                      66 calories
    1 green apple                   125 calories
    1 handful of strawberries   57 calories (about 6)
     1 orange                           70 calories

    Please be advised that you should not eat the same protein, vegetable, or fruit   twice in the same day.

    Phase 3 Maintaining Your Weight – Day 41-42

    The day after your last injection:

    • Continue the 500-800 calorie diet on days 41-42 because the HCG is still in your body.

     

    Phase 3 Maintenance -  Day 43-64
      In Phase 3 you may eat normally with the exception of low sugar and no starchy carbohydrates. Continue to drink plenty of water daily. Increase your protein to 6 oz. per serving and caloric intake above 1500 calories daily. You may have any fruit or vegetable with the exception of (corn and yams), any type of meat, fish, shellfish or poultry desired. You may use extra virgin cooking oil in moderation. An organic cooking spray is preferred. Seasonings may be used that are low in sodium. Low   moisture skim cheese in moderation is acceptable. Yogurt and milk are prohibited.
      During this period, the so-called carbohydrates, such as sugar, rice, bread, potatoes, pasta, pastries, etc., are by far the most dangerous. Other carbohydrates that are prohibited are nuts, legumes, cereal and oatmeal. If no carbohydrates whatsoever are eaten, fats can be indulged   more liberally. As soon as fats and starch are combined, it may increase the potential for weight gain. This must be observed very carefully during the first 3 weeks after the treatment has ended, otherwise, disappointments are almost sure to occur.

      Eat six times per day. It is very important to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and have three snacks throughout the day. This will promote an increase in metabolism.
     
      If you need to lose more weight, call our medical department for a refill on the HCG. You must remain on the Phase 3 maintenance diet for a period of 6 weeks before a refill can be filled. Because there is a possibility of developing immunity to HCG, it takes about a six week pause before the HCG again becomes fully effective. Also increasing your calories will help to raise your body’s metabolic needs.
     

    Stage 4 The rest of your life!!!

      Once you have reached your desired goal weight, and after successfully completing the maintenance interval, you continue on Phase 4, which will be followed for the rest of your life. Sugars and starches are slowly added into your diet in Phase 4. Those starches consist of healthy whole grain or wheat pasta and bread, brown rice and sweet potatoes. Avoid white flour starches as much as possible. Try to limit yourself to one starch serving daily. Exercising regularly and eating healthy will now become part of your life!
